Basil Tries To Get Me To Back Off Bogus Letter From A Bogus Firm Updates |
I write this letter with absolutely no malice intended, it is merely to clear my conscience and tell the truth about Basil Wainwright. I would assume that when Basil Wainwright gets a hold of this he will write his own excuses and justifiers for the same and no doubt try to brandish me more than he has done already, but then that’s the type of character he is. Those of you that have met him or know him well, will probably believe this, those of you that have not been touched by the “Basil Wainwright Charm” please read this as a warning, before entertaining any communication with him please try to think clearly and decide whether it would be worth it to get involved with this character, he has destroyed many lives, try not to be one of the statistics in Basil’s complex web of smoke and mirrors as I did and many others I know. Please forgive me if the statements are out of sync or not in order, however I am trying to give the reader a message and not too concerned with order or sync.
It all started in 1999; I was working with a man by the name of JS who had hired me to help him with investments. We had looked at all possibilities and had gone into many areas but the one that we were more interested in was health. We heard from a contact that there was one person in the world by the name of Basil Wainwright who was successfully treating AIDS and cancer patients with a process called Polyatomic Apheresis and that he had sent representatives to a trade show in Toronto and that he would be talking by satellite. I went to the trade show and listened intently to the presentation with JS and we met the two representatives by the name of S and E who both admitted having HIV and have been cured by Basil’s process. We then went back and put the plan together, we called Basil and asked him what he wanted, he had said $1.5 Million USD and we can have rights to all his technologies including all his patents on various other things, not just Polyatomic. This seemed like a good deal to us so we jumped on a plane and went to Kenya to meet him. When we arrived we were taken to an extremely large house that he had in the Karen section of Nairobi and shown his lab and all other paperwork needed to verify the claims that he had given us. We were introduced to a man by the name of Maj. Rev. G who said he was the liaison officer to the Office of the President. This gentleman had admitted to us that he was AIDS positive and said that he was on treatment. He had assured us that the Office of the President was fully behind us and had even given us a letter confirming it. He had told us that there had been at least 500 conversions to date and that Basil was also working with the Russians on a lot of projects. We decided that the best way would be for me to move to Kenya and for J to stay in Canada so that I could monitor what was happening with our investment. The Major said that he would arrange everything and all I needed to do was come here. We went back to Canada and had meetings with our investors, it was decided at that point that we would go ahead with the deal. I moved to Kenya and the deposit of $400,000 USD was transferred to Basil’s company account. We re-located to Mombassa and opened up a clinic.
At that time I started to see erratic behavior, Basil would go out all day with his two girlfriends who were in their twenties and buy them lingerie and shoes and clothes, spending the money on them and not what the intention of the deal was, he would go out for dinners every night and they would come back drunk. I had asked the Major to help me get my container of goods past the docks but all he did was refer me to an agent. At one point the FBI and the police came and raided Basil’s compound while he was away and at that point I had found out that the therapy and his technology was banned in Kenya by the government. Finding out about all this my partner decided to call it quits and leave me in Kenya, when he tried to get the money back from Basil, Basil said that it was a non refundable deposit and kept the money, I believe that he had spent it all. I then found out that the house that he had converted was never paid for and an enormous amount of rent was still due, he managed to convince the landlord to hold off and even give him another loan for about $17,000 USD for one month that Basil promised he would pay. The month was over and now the landlord was mad so because I was the person that picked up the money he went after both me and Basil, first he re-possessed all the goods in the house in Mombassa and then he came to my house and picked up a large amount of my goods and proceeded to go to Basil’s house in the Karen district and take his goods. I was left without my goods and nowhere to go. I decided to join Basil and see if we could at least sell the technology outside of the country and recoup some of my losses. It was at that point that a man by the name of A A from Malaysia contacted us, I put the deal together and this gentleman wanted to purchase a unit from Basil for $125,000 USD with all the extras. The deal was solidified and I was to fly to Malaysia with the unit and collect the money. Basil was supposed to give me one of the latest units, but what he did was put together an old unit with a new face and send it with me, I did not want to go but I was forced to go anyway, upon receiving the money Basil was to pay my rent at my house while I was in Malaysia. I went to Malaysia and A sent the money, but then he found out that it was an old unit and started raising a ruckus, I called Basil and Basil after denying it for a long time agreed to send a second unit that he said would resolve everything. He sent an even older unit and I was sent back to Kenya embarrassed where I found out that he did not pay my rent on my house and the landlord had repossessed my goods, all of them this time including my personal belongings, I asked Basil why he didn’t pay and he said he ran out of money and he said what do you need that stuff it’s all material anyway. Beaten I had no other choice but to continue, I started working for Basil as his right hand man and it was then that I started to realize who Basil really was so the rest of this will be stories of what Basil does and who he is.
Basil would falsify records of patients, S who was his girlfriend had never had AIDS she had finally confessed, yet she was his main proof. All the records that I had seen were incomplete and there was only about 50, this is not to say that he did not convert anyone but the records were missing and to date I have not seen one conversion that was without doubt, besides many conversions have been achieved with ozone. I have seen decrease of viral load, cancer patients coming back to life, and a lot of people getting generally better, but not to the extent of what Basil would make you believe. At one time we were asked to give proof of our conversions to a prospective investor and Basil told us to pull all the files and put all the patients name on a sheet and he would think of what they were suffering from and what they were cured from, so he did, he even had dead patients on that sheet, my name was on it also. It was not until later that I found out that this sheet was given to Mr. Oxygen for his book. So, there are no 11,000 people treated and 700 converted, that’s just a number that Basil picked out of his head. He never had any paperwork to back up the studies he lays claim to. In fact his extra-corporeal loop process was shown to me in Russia in a book by an eminent physician who said that he patented the same 15 years ago in Russia, it is strange to me that Basil started this process when he came back from Russia. While talking to a colleague of his from the States he confirmed to me that it was he, in fact that taught Basil this process while visiting him. The Peter the Czar Award that he claims, I did a search and could not find an award like that in the whole of Russia. The Nobel Prize he was nominated for was done by Maj. Rev. G all three times and really has no weight as anyone can be nominated for that award. When he talks about being cleared by the Freiberg Commission, it is not him that got clearance but Fresenius for some sort of study, he just stole the paperwork. When he talks about spending so much money in Kenya, he did not spend it on anything but his womanizing, boozing and bribes, hardly any was spent on anything else.
Basil was a master at falsifying letters, faxes, and emails. I would see him in his lab with an exacta knife and glue cutting little pieces of this and putting little pieces of that together to send a barrage of email and state how successful he was. At the end of his webpage he has a quote from Richard Johnson (Historian) this is just another of his aliases and he makes those quotes as fast as he can think of them. On another page he talks about his connection with Perftoran, the blood substitute, I went to Russia recently and found out that they have no connection with him nor do they desire to have one. He would say that there were numerous countries that wanted his technology and to prove it he would create paperwork to show that this was true, which he of course he altered to suit his purpose. He would say that he was working with world governments and create that paperwork also. At one point he tried to convince people that he was working for the Israel intelligence network, he would always pick those arms of the government because if he got caught on his lie he would say that the intelligence arm of any government doesn’t disclose what they do. He as always talks about working with governments and the military which of course can not be verified as to secrecy rules by all governments. Basil to my knowledge never worked with any governments military at any time. The only time he did anything remotely connected to the military was when he had a load of military personnel come to him from the Kenyan army for the treatment of AIDS.
When Basil came to Kenya he had a false passport in the name of Roderick Stone and he would use it occasionally to go here and there instead of using his own. He had a friend by the name of Mugal who owned a restaurant that he used to go to all the time and after a long time of eating there he decided to not pay Mugal, I believe the bill was about $4000 USD. Mugal got mad and somehow got a copy of the fake passport and started to circulate it. The passport Basil had in his name had lapsed and he went to his High Commission to get a new one. The High Commission had then asked who Roderick Stone was and why does his passport have exit stamps but no entry stamps. He said that the Intelligence network of Britain had given him that passport and that the stamps were not there because he had been brought in by the Armed Forces of Kenya. The High Commission checked and said that MI5 had no knowledge of the fake passport and that the Kenyan Armed forces do not bring civilians in without stamping their passports so he would have to prove who he was Roderick Stone or Basil Wainwright. They wanted some sort of government paper that would prove who he was, Basil sent me with a handful of licenses and paper, when I got there the High Commission told me that every paper I had was forged or altered and they needed real ID. I went back to Basil and he said that the head person at the High Commission was being paid by the British Government to keep him in Kenya. He then contacted a person in Kenya that is close to the government and paid him about $8500 USD to get him a real Kenyan passport, which he did. The passport was not a forgery; it was straight from the government, that’s why it cost so much. Basil had a lot of aliases, he used to sign his name many different ways and use many different names to support his outlandish claims. I wanted to see if I could help him recoup his passport so I went on the internet and tried to contact all the companies that are in his CV to see if they had paperwork that they could send to me to verify his identity, to my amazement all the companies had told me that they have no person by that name that has ever worked for them. Major G and Basil had copies of letterheads from the Office of the President and so if they needed to threaten anyone they would use that letterhead and send it with a fictitious name to the party they were trying to scare. Basil would continually pay people to write what he had wanted them to write to get what he wanted so when getting something from him remember more often than not it is a very good forgery.
Basil would form limited companies by the scores so that he could borrow money, create credit and then when he would exhaust the credit lines he would fold the company so that he would avoid the pay back. He would also do this so that he would not have to pay his creditors and employees or the investors after the money was exhausted. He would always have control over all the funds and shares. To my knowledge in Kenya there were files for at least five of these companies. He would give shares to his friends and promise them a huge return to enable him to ask these people for favors, he would say that these were the companies that hold the technology but he would never transfer the technology to them. He would boast about having 700 patents but to my knowledge there was only about four. The patent lawyers on those patents at the time I was with him would continually be sending request for payment on the work and patents but he would always avoid them and get the staff to say that he was out of town. He would sell his patents to people for various amounts of money but would never transfer the rights and yet always say that he had a lot of people who were interested so act quickly. One such person was B L who had sent over $250,000 USD by Western Union to Basil for the rights but never got them, the last time that I had talked to him he said that Basil would call for a couple of seconds and then hang up. The gentleman tells me that he is still sending money to Basil, when asked why, he tells me that Basil is always claiming that he has no food. Basil also gave shares to a lot of people that he never honored the people that invested through my partner were promised shares but never got them as well as a lot of others.
Basil would hire people to work for him at a large amount of salary but would never pay, at one time he owed the staff for 12 months, what he would do is make credit at vegetable stands and grocery stores tell them to go pick up produce and staples but would never pay the grocer or vegetable people, he would also get credit from restaurants and send people there to put it on his bill, he would go out every night and feast and when the bills would get high he would ignore the restaurateur and create credit at another place. One such person even begged and pleaded for him to pay back his debt of $900 USD so that she could bury her husband but Basil ignored her and never paid her back even though he had the money. He would make credit at electronics stores and buy TV’s, video players, fridges, phones for all his friends, scratch cards for mobile telephones and never pay them back. Basil would buy gifts for his wives and girlfriends at the most expensive places and never pay them back. He would rent houses and never pay the rent, you would get the deposit and the first months rent from him but never anything else, electricity bills, water bills and telephone bills were never paid, subsequently the electricity, water and phones were continually being cut off until he would find some person that worked there to re-connect for a much lower rate. He at one point wound up at one house owing $20,000 USD in rent, $4,000 in electricity and about $10,000 in phones. Basil would fool Forex exchange bureaus into giving him money by issuing checks and spending the money, when the checks would come back as bad he would change localities so that they could not find him, one such person was owed $17,000 USD for about two years. At one time Basil had one of his friends send him a check for $120,000 USD by Fed Ex and when it arrived he sent it to a Forex Bureau and tried to cash it, they lent him money against it and deposited the check when it came back no good he swore that the person told him it was good, when I talked to that person he told me that he had told Basil not to cash it until he gave him the go ahead. Basil would write a huge amount of bad checks and always had an answer or a letter that would state that the money was being transferred very shortly so could they wait, his best time was just after 9/11 because that gave him a perfect excuse to say that it was being held up because of the disaster in the States. It came to a point that no body would accept any of Basil’s letters as they knew that it was another scheme to make them wait longer.
Basil’s two main lawsuits in Kenya were because of not paying his employee’s and because he was practicing medicine without a license, both of which were true. He would avoid going to court because he did not want to be convicted, he would always fake illness so that he would not have to show. He was guilty of not paying his employees because he was the only one that controlled the money. Basil would always talk to all his friends overseas and say that he needed money to pay off the courts, judges, prosecutors or he would go to jail, all these good people that could not stand to see an old man go to jail would send money to him and he would of course spend it on alcohol, ladies and nights out. He was guilty of practicing medicine without a license because he would always write prescriptions or get one of his hired doctors to write what he wanted him to , he would also do treatments on patients quite a few times. He would lie to Judges about his condition every time he was in court and he would try and find the officers that laid the case against him so that he could pay them off but he would never pay the lawyers, with them he would always claim that he was poor and had no money. Basil also owed the Kenya government about $100,000 in taxes, but that was being taken care of by pay-offs. The worst thing that he did was lie to his closest friends like C L and J R about his illnesses to tell them he was stuck in the hospital or without food or had no money for medicine or an operation so that these people would raid their already miniscule bank accounts to send him money which he would immediately use for buying wine and alcohol and taking his assorted ladies out for dinner while his friends overseas would sit and worry about him.
Patients would come from North America and would pay him $20,000 USD to get cured of their illness and he would treat them like gold while he still had their money, after the money was used up he would try and figure out another way to get more and when they would not co-operate he would either throw them out or he would act very rudely to them. He would take any patient, no matter what the condition even though he knew they would die and when the worst would happen he would say that it was their fault or the families fault, that they did that or this. The facility was always in a state of disrepair and the electricity was always turned off or the police was always knocking on the gate looking for Basil, he would never pay for anything. One person by the name of P had a lover by the name of C that was dying of HIV and sent Basil $65,000 USD for one of Basil’s units and treatment for HIV, they sent the money and came, by the time they came Basil had already spent the money and started to treat this poor man on an old unit that barely worked, they were there for a long time spending money on hotels and the like, P would ask for the unit that he was supposed to get but Basil would always avoid the question. After I left basil I heard that C died and P never got the unit. Basil did many of these deals and they were all done in cash, he only wanted to work in cash by Western Union. Basil would always use old units and re-sell them, he was happy if a person would return his unit to get it fixed as in one case with a doctor from Mexico who returned one of the units. He would call back the client and say that it was due to ignorance the unit didn’t work and needed to be repaired, he would then quote a huge amount for fixing it, although the unit to build would only cost about $3000 USD, he would quote something like $7000 USD to fix, the person would not want it fixed and this was good for Basil because he can then re-sell the unit for $126,000 or $50,000 or whatever he liked.
Basil liked money and young ladies in their early twenties, these were the ones that he spent most of his money on other than his alcohol, he had many he would call his wives and others he referred to as his girlfriends, one of his wives P is now in the US on a fake visa studying in college with the money she managed to steal off Basil. Basil used to tape all his encounters with ladies with his camcorder and there were many as he used to flash money around and was a very horney old man, he had a mirror on top of his bed and lots of toys as well as a stock of Viagra for any occasion. The ladies in his life were never past the age of 25 and were always well compensated for their services by gifts to both themselves and their families; more often he was old enough to be their mothers’ father. He would escape from the wives to go see the girlfriends daily and then give them enough money to keep them going until the next encounter. He used to consume at least one full bottle of scotch or vodka a day, a bottle of wine and a bottle of champagne. Of course Basil also had a masseuse that used to give him extra favors.
Basil always talked about religion and the church people that always supported him, there were two notables, one was Major Reverend G and the other was Pastor P. Pastor P was a man that was married with two kids I believe, he used to follow Basil around like a Puppy and be continually drunk as well as taking a different woman to bed every night with him in the same house that I stayed in. Pastor P made a lot of money off Basil doing dirty work for him using his position to influence others. Major Reverend G was the one that did the most dirty work for Basil and he was a real ladies man, even though he was HIV positive he did not tell his wife until the child was born and she found out. He also used to rape all the house girls he had, I had and Basil had as well as scores of other unsuspecting ladies. The other Bishops and pastors Basil would buy so that they would side with him and go against the government, they all were provided with mobile phones, clothes and food and shelter for their families so that they could lie for Basil and if one of them tried to be honest Basil would immediately cut them off.
Basil used to say that the Kenyan government was crooked, this was a blatant lie because they were very careful how they handled him, he was the only person that would bribe anyone that came to his door, this kind of backfired on him because when others heard of this they would create a scenario just so that they could get paid off. The Medical Board had always wanted to work with Basil, they would always request that he submit the correct protocol and when he did not submit the right one, they would send it back with directions of what they wanted. Basil would get so furious that they were questioning him that he would send back nasty letters saying that they were idiots and should go back to medical school. After a few of these letters the medical board gave up and stopped communicating, when I approached them they were still willing to do it but only if Basil never communicated with them. Basil would not do that because he always wanted to have control.
In my eyes beside all this the worst thing that he had ever done is when he had a contact from the Office of The President in B. This was a highly religious individual that really wanted to help his people and had managed to convince his President to not only invite Basil to his country but pay for the trip in the hopes that Basil would build a centre in B. Basil kept these people going with so many promises and stories of large undertakings. I and Basil’s wife at the time even flew to B to meet the President and see the kind of set-up that was being put together. We had been told to go ahead with the plans and promise the President that Basil would come in three weeks, we found the hospitals, the clinics, the houses everything was set and arranged with the President personally, but to Basil this was another con and we were all made fools of when he decided he did not want to go. I am sure that there are a lot more things but at this point I just can’t remember, this should however give anyone an indication of who Basil Wainwright is. I know that if he reads this he will lash back at me with his own scenario of the events, but this is just events from Kenya during my time with him, God only knows what has happened in the other countries that Basil went to and may God help those people that Basil has yet to find and con.
The last I heard about Basil was that he left Kenya to avoid going to court on numerous fraudulent activities mostly his unwillingness to pay his debts, I know that he received $75,000 by Western Union just before he left and that Pastor P did get him another passport, making it two passports that were fake. The way he got out of Kenya was with the help of a Bishop M who he had charmed into believing that he would build research centers in Uganda where the Bishop has numerous prayer centers by the name of C P. What they did is take Basil through Busia at the border of Kenya and Uganda, this I know because we did a test run shortly before I left where we crossed the border with just some money changing hands. He then went into Uganda and was put in a hotel where as usual he lived a rich man’s life charging everything to the room. Then in a flash he was gone on a plane to Malaysia leaving the Bishop with a huge amount of hotel bills to pay and not telling anyone that he was leaving. I would assume that he had left to meet Sammy Wesonga and a doctor by the name of Sidiq in Malaysia because I know that he had negotiated and got them to send about $25,000 for travel expenses for Basil. There is still a mystery as to what happened in Malaysia, but I can almost guarantee that Basil did the same as he does always and that’s why he had to flee to Thailand. I know that Pastor Paul J had laid a complaint with the Malaysian authorities where at one point Basil, and a man by the name of John , who he imported from England did not like Pastor Paul J, so they went to Pastor P J hotel room and took everything from it, money, passport, bibles, clothes, all of it leaving the Pastor with nothing but the clothes on his back. The Pastor wanted to stay and confront this after his Police complaint but was told that he had to leave the country as he had no passport. This is the type of things Basil does to people that go out of their way to help him, once he has no further use of you he throws you away like yesterdays garbage. I am still trying to track Dr. Sidiq to find out how much in total he was fleeced for and what really happened in Malaysia. I am sure that Basil has gone to Thailand because it is relatively easy to cross the border between the two countries as it is in Africa.
Basil also talked about the people that were always out to get him and being paid off to ruin his reputation, or to kill him, this was always made up to make himself look better than he was there was no conspiracy as he was his own worst enemy, no body was out to get Basil, no body could be bothered he was doing a good job destroying himself. He was no more than a pain to those people and he could never prove either his theories or his claims. Basil is an exceptionally good con-man, nothing more and he was very good at escaping prosecution so much so that he would do the same pattern time and time again, when the heat gets too much in one country he would flee to another and starts all over again. I now hear that he is in a beach city of Pattaya in Thailand living in an apartment with his 23 year old wife trying to capture his next victim on the internet. Rumor has it that he is still quite the Romeo and that his wife puts up with Basil’s constant affairs with the local ladies but is almost fed up. There are no government contracts, big corporate deals, military research or innovative scientific research, just re-hashed ideas made to look new, he has no big company, no staff as told to me by one of his emails, his funds are exhausted and he has no fake passports left, yet he still manages to weave a good story for any one that is innocent enough to listen. This is only a small taste of what Basil has done in the five years that I knew him and of course some thing I was not privy to so I did not have any knowledge of what he was doing, I will keep searching for more truth on Basil not to be vindictive but to enable the world to understand what kind of character this man is and maybe, just maybe save one innocent soul from the clutches of Basil’s character so that they do not suffer what I have suffered.
